Combo points should be lost upon switching targets.

In patch 1.12 combo points were lost upon selecting a new target, the current system only came in with TBC.

Proof:
Patch notes 1.4.0: Combo points will no longer be removed if the target is deselected. They will only be removed if a different target is selected.
Patch notes 2.0.3: Combo points added to a target should not be reset until you add a combo point to a different target.

Bloodfang 8-Piece

The 8 piece proc currently breaks gouge, it shouldn't.

Proof:
Patchnotes 1.11: Bloodfang Set Bonus: The damage effect from the 8-piece bonus on this set will no longer trigger on (and break) Gouge.

More proof/bugs for issue #10:

Patch notes 1.4.0: If using Gouge triggers the Stormshroud Armor lightning effect, the Gouge effect will no longer be instantly interrupted.
Patch notes 1.7.0: The fire damage from the Blazefury Medallion and the Gutgore Ripper's effect should no longer immediately break Gouge.
Patch notes 1.11.0: Bloodfang Set Bonus: The damage effect from the 8-piece bonus on this set will no longer trigger on (and break) Gouge.
Patch notes 1.11.0: Stormshroud Set: The Lightning effect from this set will no longer break your Gouge.

Patch notes 2.0.1: The damage Proc from the item "Misplaced Servo Arm" will no longer break the Rogue ability "Gouge".
Patch notes 2.1.0: Gouge: This ability will no longer trigger poisons (and thus break itself).

It seems clear that the intent is to not have gouge trigger damaging effects, but possibly it shouldn't trigger any procs at all. (Herosim deck, windfury etc)
Also, fixing gouge to not proc anything will also fix Misplaced Servo Arm, which should be broken in 1.12 if we're going for exact blizzlike.

Pick Pocket

Expected behaviour: Pick Pocket money should always loot directly to the Rogue.
Actual behaviour: In a party, Pick Pocket money is distributed amongst the group.

To reproduce: Create a party with a rogue and at least one other player. Pick Pocket a target. The incorrect behaviour is reported in the chat log.

Cheapshot

Cheapshot will fizzle if the target is not lined up perfectly. The rogue will lose stealth, have no combo points on the target, the target will remain unstunned, and the rogue will not be entered into combat. It is as if I hit the stealth button to unstealth manually and no other effect happens.

I posted this video in global and someone said that it can occur with other openers (pounce was mentioned), or maybe even every ability in the game. The bug is most noticeable with openers because stealth is dropped.

Pick Lock:

This ability should be usable through the "Will not be traded" section of the trade window. Currently on rebirth you have to trade lockboxes to a rogue and have him hand you the contents back.

Especially as lockboxes are often empty on this server, fixing this would be a good step towards preventing scamming.

Is it normal that Gouge can proc sword spec / hand of justice? Quite often, Gouge breaks instantly because an instant additional attack occurs at the same time.

Perhaps I could add a timing mode that would keep a log of how long the various sections of code take to complete. Users having sluggishness issues could export the log to an external text file and email it to me. Analyzing such logs should easily pinpoint where the slowdowns are.
