1 - COPIED

30% Run speed increase while in Catform:

I've noticed upon entering a building (Indoors) and then leaving, the run speed does not always boost back up 30%.

Weapon enchants and grinding stones are increasing cat and bear form damage when they shouldn't.

Feral druids on live used the +agility enchants and +elemental sharpening stones, which work as intended here.

Weapon damage itself never affected cat damage, so the striking enchants which increase the damage of a weapon should have no effect.
should continue to increase cat damage as it buffs the character, not a weapon.

Stones increasing cat dps was a change introduced in patch 2.4.0.

Proof: - "Weightstones and Sharpening Stones: The bonus damage from these temporary enchantments now works while shapeshifted."

Note: There is a possibility that the striking enchants and +damage sharpening stones are bugged on rebirth and are buffing the character not the weapon. This would be easily (but expensively) tested by dual wielding two s, enchanting/buffing one, and seeing if the damage of both hands goes up.

2 - COPIED - (the Rejuve issue, Regrowth is okay)

Issue: Swiftmend does not heal for the correct amount

The tooltip indicates that swiftmend heals for "an amount equal to 12 seconds of rejuvenation or 18 seconds of regrowth."

12 seconds of rejuvenation is 4 ticks. Here is my character swiftmending rejuvenation with no +healing gear equipped and with +healing gear equipped (note: I do have improved rejuvenation and +10% healing talents): http://imgur.com/a/mu0EV
My rejuvenation is ticking for 373, but swiftmend only heals for 1120 instead of 1492 (4 ticks of 373). With no gear equipped, swiftmend heals for 709 instead of 944 (4 ticks of 236). In both cases, swiftmend is healing for 75% of what it should heal for. I suspect that it is being incorrectly affected by the instant cast healing coefficient.**

For reference, here is a video of a druid swiftmending during vanilla (see 4:30): https://youtu.be/d9Go49UMq9U?t=4m29s
Note that his rejuvenation ticks for 437 and swiftmend heals for 1746. 4 * 437 = 1746.

Swiftmending regrowth has the same bug on here.

**Edit: On further inspection, swiftmending regrowth hit for 1411 and it ticked for 235. 1411 is 6 ticks of 235 instead of the correct 7, so it seems that swiftmend is actually not counting one tick of either hot for its heal amount.
