Off the top of my head...

1. Skeram aggros on targets before he appears after a teleport or a split. On here they fade in and by the time you can see them they're flying around the temple steps killing people. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JK5tS-RcMM
2. Skeram evades if people stand on stairs. Pathing is especially messed up there.
3. Sartura dropped aggro a total of 2 times during the entire fight. She should drop aggro every whirlwind (her guards also were very tame aggro drops). She also hits like a sissy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kEd6NJGMQzU
4. Fankriss didn't teleport anyone until 75% of the way through the fight. It should be an ongoing thing.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pPs2z87YiFY
5. Huhuran silence didn't seem to have an aoe effect.
6. Twin Emps Vek'lor attempts to melee instead of casting shadowbolt on his target, making the fight impossible.
7. Twin Emps do not have a pause after they teleport making it far more difficult to aggro them correctly (similar problem to Skeram). Note how they stand still after teleports: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BdNBnjf04vc
7. Engaging Viscidus puts the entire zone in permanent combat (even after a wipe) preventing people from zoning back in.
8. Trash aggro range is much shorter than it should be, making most of the trash trivial and easy to skip.
9. Bugs that are evolved by Twin Emps continue to respawn and aggro the raid even after a wipe.
10. Skeram Arcane Explosion is instant cast, making it impossible to interrupt. It should have a cast time and be susceptible to curse of tongues/mind numbing. http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/The_Prophet_Skeram

Bug family drops all loot on death. Only the last bug should drop loot making it a choice which one to spare at last and making it a hard mode encounter.

It's a shame that hest took all loot instead of just taking the loot from the last boss. You acted like a bunch of cheaters and exploiters, guys. No balls, no spine. And it's a shame that Muggle said it's ok, they will fix it asap, opening a window for every kind of exploit if it's ok to abuse bugs to get AQ 40 epics you can exploit everything... And it just spoils oil in every "GMs are favouring hest" rumors. Please take that items away.

Fankriss the Unyielding (ID 15510) and his Mortal Wound (ID 25646) seem off -- the debuff was dropping off our tank before the next stack was applied, so there was no need to tank swap. Our tank got max 2 stacks. In this video you can see the tank getting at least 4 stacks at ~3 minutes, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPYoLW5RoeA , so presumably the duration should be increased or he should apply the debuff more often.

Fankriss the Unyielding (ID 15510) and his Vekniss Drones (ID 15300), the drones should spawn more often from the tunnels. There seemed to be very few in our raid today, I was in charge of looking after 1 tunnel and there was only a single spawn of 4 mobs that came out. I am not sure on the exact amount/rate, but this in the same video again (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPYoLW5RoeA) there look to me many more mobs.

Also adding in on Robot's post re: Fankriss' teleport, the teleport spell is 'Entangle', ID 22994.

I am sure some tuning and trial and error will be required for spawn rates and also how often he use teleports, hopefully others can provide more specific information, I only had time for a quick search at the moment.

As expected AQ would open on Rebirth with a large number of bugs.

Part of me begins to wonder if the raids need to be temporary closed down for major bug fixing... Right now it seems a lot of the bosses and trash are trivial due to them not being scripted correctly which makes progression much less relevant and also allows player to get AQ raid gear without as much effort. Of course part of the lack of difficulty stems from the revised talent trees, years of farming BWL gear and knowing the strategies before hand... Still, will be an interesting debate in the coming week(s).

As for the loot issue on The Bug Family it's nice to see Hest is at least being transparent with how it's handled the situation instead of masking it completely. Really wish we had a PTR for Ahn'qiraj so it would eliminate the issues we're dealing with now.

In regards to Prophet Skeram what Robot and Atreyu said was pretty much spot on, it's such an awkward encounter with the resetting and it would also appear when he splits into the 3 images they aren't spawning in the correct spots.
