At launch, vanilla servers maxed out at 2500 players. While that number might have increased a bit by the time Naxxramas released, it's probably a decent place to cap things.

Very curious about the capacity of the "new machine" :) Hoping to experience it sooner than expected.
Thanks for the feedback and hard work Rebirth team! :$

I have to admit I am a little surprised with the attitude of people when there are issues. Yes, it sucks when you can't log in. Yes, it sucks when there is a rollback. But, are you paying for any of the hardware that is in place to make this work? These people are trying to put a product that all of us loved to play online so we can play it again and are doing so with their own time and money. Are you contributing to the solution or just pissing and moaning? Be grateful that you have this at all. The demand is there for a Vanilla WoW experience and Blizzard is not or cannot provide that for us. These guys are. If you don't like it here go to Feenix or Kronos and stop complaining about a game you don't have to pay for.

Tbh yeah, some of us contributed (donated) when the server had it's dark days. Frankly I'm also surprised by all the newbies here playing SJW cards and "defending" shit they've known fot what, a week now?

Hilarious stuff here, good material.

Hallo... I'm having some issues, and hope that someone can help straighten me out...

1) I'm stuck at handshaking. I have v1.1.2 loaded off the discs. Do I have to be patched to 1.12 in order to connect? If so, how do I get it patched?

2) I realize this is off-topic, but I'm not seeing the ability to create new forum topics, and don't specifically see this question elsewhere. Am I, as a new enrollee, able to create forum topics? If so, anyone know what I'm failing to see?

Thank you if you can direct me onward!

It may be easier to find a torrent or direct download rather than patching from disc install, however it is possible.

Regarding forums posts, select the sub-forum you would like to post in and you will see the "new post" button at the top.
